- How a language model “thinks”: context, probabilities and fabrications
- Asking well: context, role, examples, format and iteration
- Cross-functional use cases: writing, summarising, analysing, preparing meetings and documentation
- Privacy, confidentiality and the difference between free and business versions
- Limits: when not to use AI and how to review what it produces
Methodology
A very hands-on session using the team’s own tools. Every participant leaves with a small library of templates for their work and a responsible-use guide.
